Roofing After the Storm

Greetings,

It is my extreme pleasure to give my heartfelt endorsement of the Baird Roofing Company. I own a three bedroom / two bathroom home, with an adjoining carport, located in the Bidwell Ranch area in Chico, California. Unfortunately, during a windstorm around the end of February 2011, the carport roof was peeled back by the seventy-five M.P.H. winds and flung across the peak of the home's roof behind it. It had previously been decided to put a whole new roof on the home, the windstorm just accelerated the installation date. I accepted three bids for this repair. Mr. Baird's was not the least expensive bid, however, the level of professionalism and the way Mr. Baird took a sincere effort in trying to put together a quote, that was accurate as possible, detail almost all the costs to effect the repair, impressed me greatly. He was even quick to point out that I could realize a hefty tax deduction, provided I used a particular type and color of shingle.

Everyone who has had a roof replaced knows that there is no way to predict the condition underneath the roof until after it's been torn off. My roof was no different. There were a couple of unexpected surprises that were dealt with efficiently by the crew and the additional costs for the repairs were not excessive. The roof was completed in a timely manner and the job site was cleaned up after each day's work was completed. I have twenty-five year's experience as a manager of rental properties. I am used to dealing with contractors and repair persons on a regular basis and have had my share of bad experiences along the way. It gives me the greatest of pleasure to recommend someone who has shown the level of expertise and professionalism extended to me by the Baird Roofing Company, as I know their future customers will experience the same satisfaction, of a job done well.
